RIP-OFF



Tuto kolonku zmrdů jsem musel prostě udělat. Během krátké chvilky, co jsem se zapojil do výměn po celém světe jsem narazil na 7 šmejdů, kterým se nechtělo poslat slíbený materiál na výměnu. Moje balíky došly v pohodě, ale to bylo vše.... Posílal jsem několik mejlů, ale bez jakékoliv reakce... Až po výhružném mejlu, že je zveřejním jako RIP-OFF, začali všichni psát, kromě dvou amíků...

První amíci (CLUSTERFUX / LESS ART Rec. - Josh, PO BOX 16328, Golden, CO, 804 01, USA / Clustrfxjsh@aol.com) mi blokují e-mail už od doby co jsem poslal balík.

Druhý amík (NUCLEAR BBQ Rec. - Jorge Lopez, 3816 E. Dozier St., Los Angeles, CA, 900 63, USA / Nuclearbbq@aol.com / noiseparty@yahoo.com) vůbec nereaguje. Když jsem mu psal, zhruba půl roku po poslání mého balíku, tak si změnil adresu, na kterou jsem ale po čase přišel, tak jsem mu okamžitě psal a jeho odpověď "víš, já nebyl zrovna doma a poštu za mě vyřizovala má přítelkyně a já nevím, zda-li to poslala i tobě, takže bohužel...". Tak tomu já říkám omluva jak sviňa. Jinak žádná odpověď a to jsem s ním chtěl spolupracovat na vydávání vinylů....

Zbylý dlužníci se ozvali do dvou týdnů po výhružce RIP-OFF.... Kanada..., výmluva na stěhování a že teda svou chybu uznává a po roce a půl (ano, skoro rok a půl jsem ho uháněl...., až výhrůžka zabrala...) pošle slíbený materiál. Peru: jsem zklamán, ale zde byla na vinně spíše pošta. Obdržel jsem totiž jeden balík, ale druhý už ne, zde jsem to teda nechal plavat..... Adresy co jsem tu zveřejnil berte jako upozornění, že by se mohlo stát něco špatného.... Adresy zbylých labelů včetně jejich názvů jsem neuveřejnil, protože tu nastala jistá dohoda a balíky, sic po strašně dlouhé době a po výhružném mejlu, přesto došly.

Pokud by někdo z vás chtěl touto formou informovat o svých problémech s výměnami, klidně se ozvěte. Např. na web stránkách amerického labelu CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY (http://www.cahrecords.com/) najdete sekci Rip Offs nebo na stránkách peruánského labelu SOLIDARIDAD (http://www.solidaridad-diy.tk/) v sekci Makin´ community jsou vypsaní zlodějíčkové... a určitě by se našlo více takových seznamů..... např. i na stránkách amerického labelu RAT TOWN (www.rattownrecords.com/right.html) je pár adres zlodějů....

Nutno ještě jednou podotknout, že pošta má nezanedbatelný podíl na ztrátách jakýchkoliv balíků, ať už chtěně či nechtěně anebo po domluvě s nějakými policejními složkami....., ale pořád tu je spousta vychcanejch zmrdů, co se snaží obohatit na úkor jiných. Jdete do hajzlu !!!!

I just got some info about a person that calls himself Armando Mutilador and who is trying to get some free promo-stuff, he supposedly runs a zine and proposed me an intervieuw and asked me to send some records and CD's for revieuw. After telling him that this was ok for me but that I would wait untill my new release was out he started sending me e-mails on a weekly basis and sometimes even almost every day, when replying to his e-mail he just sends back the same mail over and over again without responding to questions or giving comment to propositions. This made me suspicious and after informing with a contact of mine it seems that this guy has been seriously ripping of metal labels and bands and now he's trying to get some free stuff from DIY labels and bands. Since he contacted me trough my site, it's possible that he went to the linkpage and collected some adresses there.

So if you receive some proposition from a person called: Armando Mutilador or Christian Felip Paucar Toledo (wich is his real name) then make sure to not fall into his trap.

If you search this nick on eBay you will see he suddenly decided to rip off all the people who had won his auctions lately (20+ people). Due to my naive belief in the goodness of humanity I was at first willing to accept my assumption he had suddenly died from a heart attack or hotel fire and thus couldn't send out his auction items. This person runs one of the largest criminal operations in the metal scene. He ripped me off for 20 EP's and 50 Euros, and has ripped off distros across Europe for merchandise worth (tens of?) thousands of Euros. See links below for more information.

Please be extremely cautious about anyone contacting you for a trade from Serbia. If any Serbs feel offended by this generalization, you should clean up in your own scene. I am sure there is no problem having this man terminated or maimed at a reasonably low price in your home country.

He may claim to represent different distro names, like OLD TROLL, FUNERAL POETRY, GOETIA DISTRO, and he may operate under names like Miki, Moloch, Konstantin, Knjaz Nazgul.

Allegedly the stuff he steals is in part distributed by these guys (please note this is hearsay): "He is working in cooperation with another fucking asshole from Belgrade called XXXXX XXXXXXXXX or XXXXXX XXXXXXXX. He runs so called XXXXX XXXXX magazine (previously known as XXXXXXXX) and sings in a band called XXXXXXXX. I think that this second guy sells stuff for that rat Miki."
